        At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will renew automatically under the same terms unless you cancel it, or Globalocal Experiences decides to cancel it.         A valid payment method is required for subscription billing. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, which may include your name, address, postal code, phone number, and payment method details. By submitting this payment information, you authorize Globalocal Experiences to charge your payment method for all subscription-related fees.

        If payment fails for any reason, Globalocal Experiences reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately.

        6. Free Trial

        Globalocal Experiences may, at its discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited time period (“Free Trial”).

        You may be required to provide billing information when signing up for the Free Trial.

        If you do provide your billing details, you will not be charged until the Free Trial period expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

        Globalocal Experiences reserves the right, without notice, to:
        (i) modify the Terms of the Free Trial offer, or
        (ii) cancel the Free Trial offer at any time.

        7. Fee Changes

        Globalocal Experiences may, at its discretion, change Subscription fees at any time. Any modifications to Subscription fees will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle.

        We will notify you in advance of any fee changes, allowing you an opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the new fees are applied.

        Continued use of the Service after a fee change indicates your agreement to the updated charges.

        8. Refunds

        We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days from the original purchase date of the Contract.

        9. Content

        The Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain materials such as text, graphics, videos, or other content (“Content”). You are responsible for any Content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

        By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:
        (i) you own the Content or have the necessary rights to use it and grant us the rights as outlined in these Terms, and
        (ii) the posting of your Content does not violate the rights of any third parties, including privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.

        You retain ownership of any Content you submit, post, or display on the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
