Your experience and profile information are the first things that potential customers will see, so make sure they’re engaging and accurately reflect your service. Ensure to provide high-quality photos, a detailed description of your experience, and any awards or accolades you’ve received.
Set fair pricing
Make sure your prices are competitive and in line with similar experiences in your area. Refrain from overcharging or undercharging, as this can make customers wary of your services.
Keep your availability up-to-date
Keep your calendar up to date to avoid double bookings and potential cancellations. If your availability changes, be sure to inform us at least 5 days before so we can update your calendar ASAP.
Communicate with customers
When we share the booking details, ensure to respond to customer inquiries on time, answer any questions they may have, and be flexible when it comes to scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Deliver an exceptional experience
Make sure your customers have an unforgettable experience by delivering excellent service and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations. This will help you have positive reviews which will help you attract more customers.
Encourage reviews
